Refund policy

At Nova Ray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, minus shipping and handling fees.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at novaray.co@gmail.com and provide your order number and a description of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that all items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
